* Sunset Room : $100.00 Based on Double Occupancy.

* Grandview Suite : $150.00 Based on two People Occupancy, and $250.00 for Four People Occupancy.

* Singles : $75.00

* Extra Person : $50.00

Pet's are Not allowed in guest rooms,but allowed only on leash on property.
If you are traveling with pet's,I'll do Pet sitting in my Suite and call for rates.

Minimum 1 night Payment is required at time of booking. -7 days cancellations prior to arrival with full refund.

No smoking inside the house and only in designated area outside.(Fire Hazard)

25% service charges for cancellations up to 3 days before arrival or one time rebooking for another time.

50% service charges for cancellations up to 24hours.

No refunds for cancellations less than 24hours or no show's.

Breakfast Hours:
Continental and Full,7:00AM-9:00AM -Early Risers,please inform Host for early breakfast arrangements.

Vegetarian Breakfast upon request and also to please inform host of any food allergy or food dis-likes.

Liability clause:

The owner can not be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the owners and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
